Your Jing is your reservoir of fundamental energy, which you convert into wisdom over your lifetime. When you have a lot of it, you feel young and bouncy. When it runs low, you feel old and tired. This post will help you decide if your Jing is a little on the low side.
You can look after your Jing by making a few simple changes to how and what you eat.
How to eat
Avoid sudden changes in your diet. Instead, add new foods and cut down on unwanted foods over two or more weeks
Eat regular meals at regular times
Always eat breakfast
Eat a large breakfast or lunch and a small evening meal
Don’t eat late at night, and avoid eating after 6pm if possible
Avoid overeating and stop before you feel full
What to eat
Almonds
Beans, especially black beans, kidney beans and lentils
Bee pollen
Beef
Cheese in small amounts
Chicken
Duck
Eggs, especially the yolk
